o Extract from the Reading Works report a list of people for us to contact. Then divide the list among us.
Names of people and organizations are extracted
Excel spreadsheet is at Reading Works
o Review the comments about the web site and either make the changes or question the need for them.
o Set up emails for Jeremy, Mike, and Dorit
Sent email to TechSoup, said response could take a few weeks
Got a email back from TechSoup need to do some more work
Will call the IRS to get a needed letter
o Contact the former organizer of Reading Works (person who wrote the article he took statistics from). Ask him to join our effort or at least meet with us.

• Will message him again to arrange a meeting
o Change the donate page to include CashApp and Zelle.
o set us up to be one of the charities on the starfish app.
Allows people to donate through that app
o Contact Jeff Tepperman at Teppermans (a canadian furniture company that donates a lot to things that make a difference for Detroit) about being one of the philanthropies at the May event.
o Contact the NGOs that Mike had contacted.
Ask some to be on a panel of service leaders and philanthropists.
o Contact Justin Kimpson from the Ford Resource Center about using their location for the Literacy Project Event.
o Contact Huntington District Manager about using the Huntington Building for a literacy project event
